As I’ve said in previous blogs, I have been really trying to fuel my body with foods that are best for it and will provide me with energy throughout the day. Throughout my journey to accomplish my “healthier lifestyle” goals, I have discovered so many amazing products that I feel like everyone needs to hear about. After completing a questionnaire on the website (don’t worry, it only takes about 5 minutes), your products will be formulated by on-staff registered dieticians suited to your specific dietary restrictions and goals. Gainful states that they detail everything out to the milligram to ensure accuracy and give you everything you need and nothing that you don’t. To me, the whole process is amazing and much better than buying the same store-bought protein powder as everyone else, who may have completely different goals and physiques than me. All Gainful products are made with clean ingredients, zero artificial flavors, colors, and sweeteners.
THE VERDICT:
I really loved my experience with Gainful, and each of the products I received were perfect for me. The protein powder is flavorless, which allows you to be creative with how you decide to intake it. The hydration powder is made to balance your electrolytes based on the intensity of your workouts and your sweat levels. It comes in two refreshing flavors: lemon-lime and strawberry lemonade and both taste so amazing!!! The pre-workout and performance boosts are also amazing and I have definitely felt less sore and exhausted after my workouts. Another thing I appreciated about Gainful was their customer service. If you are not finished with your products before the next time you are due to receive a shipment, they will allow you to adjust your delivery times to best suit your schedule.
